RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned items may be sent back using the original post bag by clearly writing
“RTS – Return to Sender” on the outside of the bag.
If the item is not returned using the original post bag with “RTS – Return to Sender,” return postage will be at the customer’s expense.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
⚠️ Sizing & Exchanges (PLEASE READ)
Our Tactical Harnesses run larger than standard sizing.
We strongly recommend measuring your dog and checking our size guide before purchasing.
If you are unsure, please contact us prior to ordering — we are happy to help.
If an incorrect size is ordered:
Option 1 (Fastest):
Repurchase the correct size via our website and return the original item for a full refund once received.
Option 2:
Return the item and once received, we will send out the new size.
👉 Please note:
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We do not cover postage for exchanges due to incorrect sizing
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalised products (including name patches)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected
